FAQ

No. Submission is completely free. You only pay after our editorial team reviews and approves your project — this usually takes up to 5 working days. If your project is not approved, you pay nothing.

You'll receive an email explaining the specific reason (e.g. wrong category, missing images, incomplete information). You can correct your submission and resubmit before the call closes in December.

Students, independent designers, design studios and design-driven brands of any nationality. Products must have been on the market for no more than 3 years, or be concepts not yet in production.

Market Ready is for products already commercially available (launched within 3 years). Vision is for concepts not yet in production — prototypes, thesis projects, independent concepts. Both tracks use the same evaluation criteria, interpreted according to the project's development stage.

Yes, if the project fits more than one category. The base fee covers the first category; each additional category is +€49, paid together with your main fee after approval.

Yes. At the time of submission you must declare whether and how you used AI tools: none, brainstorming only, partial design process, or entire process. This does not disqualify your entry — it's a transparency requirement. The jury may consider this information in their evaluation.

Your project deserves to be seen by the right people.

Submit for free. Pay only if approved. Call open until December 2025.
